Leadership development
Leadership development is the process of enhancing the leadership abilities of any member of an organization.
Inuka Afrika have the heart of growing godly leaders. We develop leaders by:
1. Gathering leaders in appropriately themed conferences at continental and regional level for the purpose of envisioning and equipping them.
2. Offering unique opportunities to meet and connect with apostolic leaders and emerging leaders in the continent and from beyond for inspiration, encouragement and challenge.
3. Resourcing leadership teams with relevant material designed to help transform their thinking and refocus on growth strategies.
Foster a culture of ownership. First we empower members of different churches to see themselves as the church and having the responsibility and authority to serve as such.
